Qi Gong is a form of healing energy work that has existed for over 3,000 years in China. At its heart is a philosophy of "protecting human life by preserving the conditions within which it thrives." Qi Gong includes a variety of meditation, breathing, and movement exercises that support good health and can be practiced on a daily basis. Qi Gong principles can also be used by a qi gong practitioner to support a client in self-healing

Judy is a certified Qi Gong therapist who has been involved in the mind/body arts since 1986.
